MULTICUT
The high percentage of carbon and chromium produces many hard chromium carbides which make this steel extremely resistant to wear, abrasion and corrosion.

Multicut knives are used for long run production slitting.

SPECIAL MULTICUT
Special multicut knives are used for the must demanding wear applications, including exceptionally long production runs.

TUFCUT
Tufcut knives are made from steels specially selected for shock resistance and suited for the most difficult cutting applications. Recommended for large gang slitters, side trimmers and rotary shears for thickness in excess of 1/4". Also recommended for steel mill tub cut-off knives.

WAPAK SPACERS

  • Hardened and tempered to withstand strains, nicks, dents, and other handling damage and maintain all dimensions.
  • Made in thickness up to six inches.
  • All diameters
  • Extremely close tolerances can be provided with lapped spacers
    (+/- 000040").

TOOLING ACCESSORIES

Polyurethane, Buna N or steel stripper rings, unhardened spacers, spacing collars, plastic shims, bonded spacers, separator discs and separator spacers, core cutters, storage cabinets, transport boxes, rust hunter rust preventive, material handling and polyurethane products.
